Terms & Conditions | Shopping Spree Giveaway

Eligibility:

  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Premier Bee LLC, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry Period:

  • The giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM CT and ends on October 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

  • To enter the giveaway, fill out and submit the form located at premierbeeproducts.com/fall-2025-shopping-spree.

  • Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.

Prizes:

  • Grand Prizes (3 total): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a $500 gift card to premierbeeproducts.com and a consultation with our expert staff to help select products. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 each.

  • Runner-Up Prizes (10 total): Each Runner-Up Winner will receive a $100 gift card to premierbeeproducts.com. ARV: $100 each.

  • All Participants: Each eligible participant will receive a digital gift delivered to the email address submitted with their entry.

    Gift cards are redeemable only at premierbeeproducts.com and subject to applicable terms and conditions. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at the discretion of Premier Bee Products.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 23, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • The potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing.

  • If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Premier Bee Products is not responsible for undeliverable emails, technical issues, or lost notifications.

General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Premier Bee Products, which are final and binding in all respects. Premier Bee Products reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

  • Premier Bee Products reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Publicity:

  • Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Premier Bee LLC’s and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Limitations of Liability:

  • By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Premier Bee LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes:

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of South Dakota, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

  • As a condition of participating in this giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in South Dakota having jurisdiction.
