A retired postal worker, he keeps bees at Saint Joseph Abbey in Covington, and shares his beekeeping experiences and knowledge through his YouTube channel, "Jeff Horchoff Bees," where he educates and entertains a growing audience of beekeeping enthusiasts. Mr. Ed enjoys volunteering around the monastery when he’s not working with his bees.
