A Beeyard Tour w/ Phil Breed

We recently took a short trip south to visit our friend and local beekeeper, Phil Breed, and check in on his summer hives at Birdsong Bees.

Phil is a retired school teacher of 35 years who, just two years into retirement, is busier than ever.

He keeps bees, serves as Vice President of the Siouxland Beekeepers’ Club, and works as a Beekeeping Technician at Dordt University.

Phil has become a valued friend to all of us here at Premier Bee and we’re excited to share this tour of his beeyard!
